1) All items are nett and priced in SGD.
2) Goods sold are not refundable and not exchangeable.
3) Exchange is only applicable for damaged goods or if customer has received a different item ordered.
4) No cancellation of order once the order has been processed. Refund will not be given for cancellation of goods.
5) Delivery will only be made after full payment is received.
6) For goods under In Stock category goods:
- In Stock goods are ready and available stocks.
- We will send out the goods within 3 working days from the day we receive payment.
7) For Pre-Stock category goods:
- These are pre-order items.
- Items will arrive Singapore in about 2-3 weeks time after we place order from our supplier.
- Customers will be notified via email if there are any delays in the shipment of the Pre-Stock goods.
- Full refund will be made if goods are out of stock.
8) All items will be sent through Singpost.
9) All personal details will be kept private and confidential.
10) We will not be responsible for loss of items through normal post.
11) Do note that there might be slight colour difference due to the different monitor's resolution.
We reserve the right to make changes to the terms and conditions at any point of time.
